Profile Locations was founded in 1989. Since then we have grown substantially, and we now work with both private and corporate clients helping those relocating both nationally and moving to the UK from overseas. As we are based in Kent, we are Kent specialists and know the area inside out – from the popular commuting towns of Sevenoaks and Tunbridge Wells, with their pretty Wealden villages, to the developing towns of North Kent to expanding Ashford, historic Canterbury and the desirable coastal areas.
We understand the challenges and pressures that medics face when working long and anti-social hours. Once you have decided to take up a new position and relocate, it is often difficult to find the time to focus on finding a new home in an area you probably don’t know.
We can help you with this time-consuming process whether you need to rent or to buy and our service is very flexible and personal. We aim to make the whole process as smooth as possible. We can offer a package of assistance tailored to your particular needs with a menu of support to choose from, whether you are moving on your own, with a partner or with a family too.
We can also assist you with finding local schools whether independent or state and help you identify the right area with all local amenities you need. We even offer a careers counselling service for relocating spouses and partners.

- Orientation visits – a half or a full day accompanied visit to an area to look at amenities, schools, local property cost levels and architectural styles.

- Looking for a property to rent – we extensively search for properties that match your brief, accompany you on viewings, make an offer to the agent on your behalf, carry out all negotiations, check the tenancy agreement and make move-in arrangements.
- We also offer an unaccompanied FASTRACK service where we extensively search and send a property list that matches your criteria, you decide which properties you want to see, we then make the appointments on your behalf with an itinerary of properties for you to view on your own on a day that suits you.

- Looking for a property to buy – we search, accompany you on viewings, make an offer, give advice during exchange and completion offering contacts if required for legal and removal companies.

- School finding service – We offer two levels of school search assistance. Choosing the right school is a major concern for all parents relocating, and can be a key component in finding the right house and area to live in and ensuring the whole family settles happily in the new location.
