Profile Locations was founded in 1989 to provide relocation services to companies relocating to Aberdeen during the oil industry boom. We work with blue-chip organisations across the private, public and inward investment sectors, both nationally and internationally.

Over the years, we have developed a comprehensive range of people support services and innovative products, which we continue to evolve to meet the ever-changing needs of companies and operating in global markets. Our role as publisher of Re:locate, the leading international magazine for HR, global managers and relocation professionals, gives us exceptional insight into the bigger picture.

Our revolutionary new international career development and jobsearch service, Profile Careers, is specially designed to support partners accompanying an employee on a relocation or international assignment and help them to explore the options and opportunities a relocation move has to offer. It’s also ideal for supporting employees undergoing career development with their employers, graduate programmes and outplacement.

Between them, our highly qualified and experienced team of consultants have decades of experience in careers consultancy and coaching in the relocation context, in a wide variety of sectors and with people at all levels, from returners to work to senior executives. Several are specialists in outplacement.
